Kia ora! I'm Sylvia – a dedicated coach, athlete and advocate for holistic health and wellness.
​
With 15+ years in health and fitness, I've built strength and resilience - physically and mentally. Having overcome depression, PTSD and various injuries, I understand firsthand the power of movement in transforming both body and mind.
​
My journey as an athlete includes earning 2x National Grappling Champion titles, 8x BJJ gold medals, and silver at the Abu Dhabi World BJJ Trials. I hold an undefeated 3-0 fight record in kickboxing, boxing, and MMA. I've completed two marathons and 10+ half marathons, and competed in sprints, long jump, and shot put in my youth.

My passion lies in helping others unlock their potential through physical training, injury rehabilitation, or holistic health coaching. I specialise in women's health, supporting all life stages, including menstrual cycle training, peri-menopause, menopause, pre/post-natal fitness, and pelvic floor health. However, my coaching is for everyone. I welcome people from all walks of life who want to cultivate a deeper connection to their mind and body.

I take a well-rounded approach, integrating movement, nutrition, and mindset to empower individuals at every stage of life. But the sessions aren't just about hard work - it's about having fun, celebrating wins (big and small), and sharing plenty of laughs along the way!
